Glenn E. Ranney, 74, Olathe, Kansas, formerly of Ewing, died Sunday, October 8, 2000, at the Olathe Medical Center. Born September 16, 1926, in Quincy, Ill. Mr. Ranney was the co-owner of Glenn's Auto Service and Roe Body Shop. He was a member of St. Paul's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife Jeanette; three sons, Michael, David, and James; three daughters, Glenna Ebert; Mary Stroth and Sharon Lewis; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Arthur Ranney; and four grandchildren. Graveside services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 10, 2000, at the Shawnee Cemetery, Shawnee, Kansas. Arrangements were made by the Amos Family Chapel of Shawnee. Memorials may be made to the Scleroderma Research Foundation, Pueblo Medical Commons, 2320 Bath St. Suite #315, Santa Barbara, Calif., 93105.
