Son of Park and Eva Saul. Called "Little Fount" to distinguish him from his Uncle Fountain Albrite, he was short of stature but an extremely powerful young man with the build of a weight lifter. He loved to farm but like his father and many others of that era, was caught in the twin crunches of low prices and increasing mechanization which drove most small farmers off the land. He eventually gave it up and went to work as a pump operator
for Lawder Sand Company in Grand Tower. He died of a heart attack which is quite often the fate of men of his physical type.
