Byram & his wife Elizabeth were first cousins.

Beers Family Bible says Byram was born 17 Sep 1789.

Brother: Daniel Beers (1784 NJ-aft 1850 Knox Co OH)

Sister: Catherine Beers Talmage 1782-1873 Mt Gilead, Morrow Co OH (husband: Joseph Talmage)

1850 & 1860 census, Chesterville, Chester twp, Morrow Co OH: Bryam Beers. occ: farmer

Byram [Beers] was born in Morris Township, Sussex Co., N. J., also his mother (wife), Elizabeth Pittney; they came to Ohio by team, in 1818; they endured many hardships, but by careful management have obtained quite a little fortune. The fruit of their union was eleven children - Sarah, Aaron, Abigail, J. Y., Daniel, Tryphena, Hannah, Catharine, Elizabeth, James and Margaret; his father was commissioner of this county two terms, and justice of the peace for over 20 years; he also practiced law in his early days.
