Nellie T. Sellers "LAKE CITY Nellie T. Sellers of Lake City died Monday, Dec. 23, 2002 at Autumnwood of McBain, She was 84. She was born on Oct. 29, 1918 in Forest Township of Missaukee County to Bassnet and Theresa (Zettle) Vincent. Mrs. Sellers graduated from Lake City High School in 1938 and lived most of her life in Lake City. She married Russell Sellers on Nov. 13, 1940 in Grand Rapids. She tended bar for many years before her retirement and was a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church and American Auxillary No. 300. Mrs. Sellers is survived by her husband, Russell; daughters, Caryn (Richard) Phillips of Bever Dam, Ky. and Connie DeLine of Lake City; sisters, Lillian Wood of Lake City and Bernice Hills of Grand Rapids; grandchildren Doug DeLine, Teresa Amenson and Kendra Phillips; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by brothers, Howard and Lewis Vincent; and sisters, Leona Sawyer and Sarah Jane Jozwiak. Services will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Michigan and the Alzeimers Association. Arrangements were made by Young Funeral Home in Lake City." Cadillac Area News December 2002
