---Ralph Mackey, 117 West Kent Street received word today of the death of his father, L. Mackey, at Chicago, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. J. P. Devlin.

L. MACKEY FUNERAL SUNDAY AFTERNOON
The funeral services of the late LaFayette Mackey will be held tomorrow afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the residence, 117 West Kent street. The interment will be made in Mackey cemetery.
The deceased was born in Pennsylvania June 1, 1825, and resided in Bruce township for the past seventy-five years being one of the oldest residents in this section of the country. Surviving is his wife and four children as follows: Phillmore of Wisconsin, Ralph of this city, Pheobe of Arkansas, and Mrs. P. J. Devlin of Chicago. The remains arrived in this city from Chicago this afternoon where the deceased's death occurred as mentioned in yesterday's Free Press.
