Catherine Beighley was the daughter of George Beighley of Connoquenessing Township, Butler County, PA. She married her first cousin, Joseph Beighlea, who was a son of William Beighley on 21 May 1839 at St. Paul's German Luthern and Reformed Church, Zelienople. It is thought that she died shortly after the birth of her daughter, Emma Catherine Beighely. Joseph Beighlea is buried at Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Irwin (Irwin/Kilgore), PA with a large monument. Catherine is buried with a small shared stone next to the road near Hosea who is John William's (Joseph's brother's)son.
