Margaret "Anne" Affleck, 77, of Billings, passed away at Valley Healthcare Center Sapphire Suites, following a brief stay. Ann was born on April 11, 1933, in Hastings, Neb., the daughter of Ronald and Ruth (Hempel) Dykeman.
Ann was married to John Affleck, who preceded her in death in 1970. She worked as an accountant, for Bob Smith Lincoln Mercury dealership and as an accounting consultant for Ford Motor Company.
Anne is survived by her sister Beverly (Bernie) Kowalewski; children Leon (Kim) Weninger , Doug (Mary Lou) Affleck, and Sherri (Leighton) Petersen; grandchildren Kristin Weninger, Casey Weninger, Tressa (Scott) Atkinson, Mellissa (Paul) Nichols, and Darla Petersen; great-grandchildren, Spencer, Sean, Johnathon, Jayden, Andrew, Anna, and Evelyn; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband John, her brother Ron Dykeman, and her parents.
The family would like to thank the Rocky Mountain Hospice and all the wonderful staff at Sapphire Suites for all their love and support. Memorials may be made to Rocky Mountain Hospice.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Inurnment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
