Carlena Montella Lewis Davidson was born 23 Feb 1906 in Ogden, Utah, a daughter of Thomas and Carlina Ringel Lewis. She was reared in Ogden, graduating from Weber Academy which would many years later become Weber State University.

On 30 Nov 1924 she married Howard O. Davidson and for many years made their home in Washington Terrace, Utah. He died 16 apr 1967. To this union two sons were born Thomas Davidson and Kenneth Allen Davidson. She loved her family very much and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

"Monte" as she was known by all, was a life long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a member of the Southern Pacific Old Timers Club Women's Auxiliary, and played duplicate bridge at the Ogden Bridge Club. She enjoyed playing many different card games, knitting, sewing, and crocheting.

Simply put "Monte" was a Grand Old Lady"!
