Andrew Clifford Yancey, 60, of Syracuse, departed this life last Sunday at Crouse Hospital. He leaves to cherish his memory one daughter, Shandell Stevens; one granddaughter, Amiliyana Rouse; two sisters, Susie Yancey and Deborah Davis (Alvin); one brother, Billie Yancey (Michelle); and other loving relatives and friends. Calling hour will be 10 to 11 a.m. Monday at People's A.M.E. Zion Church, 2306 S. Salina St., with funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
