Mrs. Lucy Bishop, wife of J. L. Bishop, died in her home, 127 Church street, yesterday morning at 9:15 o'clock, succumbing to a heart attack.
Mrs. Bishop was born March 9, 1880, at Port Clinton, O., a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Schoerger. She married J. L. Bishop in 1904. To this union three children were born, two of whom are deceased.
Mrs. Bishop was an active member of the Church of the Nazarene. She leaves her husband, one daughter, Alverna, at home, and the following brothers and sisters; George and James Schoerger, Mrs. John Clark and Mrs. S. J. Richardson, all of Port Clinton, Ohio.
Funeral services will be held in the Church of the Nazarene, 80 East Chestnut street, Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, in charge of the Rev. H. B. Schlosser, Interment will be in the Beallsville Cemetery.
