Mrs. Ruth Melvin Baugh was born on August 29, 1912, in Greensboro, Georgia, to the late Josh and Lannie B. Hutchinson. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a member at Zion Wrightsville Baptist Church where she served on the mother board and was the faithful musician for more than 52 years.

Mrs. Baugh was married to the late Marshall B. Baugh, Sr. Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Willie C. Baugh.

Mrs. Baugh leaves to cherish her memories two sons: Pastor M. B. Baugh, Sammy Baugh, both of Greensboro; four daughters: Hazel R. (Robert) Terrell, of Madison, GA,
Emma Jean Armstrong, of Augusta, GA, Min. Irene Baugh, Clara N. Baugh, both of Greensboro; one brother, Jasper (Lester Mae) Parks, of Greensboro; twenty-three grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren,twelve great great grandchildren,a host of nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends.

Funeral services were held Sunday, May 2, 2010, 2:30PM, at Zion Wrightsville Baptist Church, in Greensboro, Georgia. Pastor Charles Reeves officiated.
