Aaron Herbert Weston was born 29 Dec 1854 in Wilmington, Essex, New York, to George Washington Weston (1823-1890) and Helen Mars (Owen) Weston (1825-1873). He married Nettie Eudora Jones 27 Oct 1880. They had six children: Helen Maude Weston (1882-1965), Herbert Stephen Weston (1886-1980), Jessie E Weston (1889-1892), Warren Jones Weston (1892-1909), Clinton Byron Weston (1893-1967) and Ralph Emerson Weston (1899-1984). Aaron and his brother, George Leslie Weston, ran the Weston Brothers Meats & Groceries in Port Henry Village, Essex, New York for many years until it was sold in 1909. He and his entire family then moved to Corona, California in 1910 and to Palo Alto in 1914/15. He died in Mayfield (now Palo Alto), Santa Clara, California, on 5 Jan 1921, "following a stroke of paralysis" and is buried in Alta Mesa Memorial Park Cemetery together with his wife, Nettie, their daughter Helen Maud (Weston) Davies and a sister, Eveline N (Weston) Gaines.
