Anna Doyon, 93, of 98 Crawford St. died Thursday at the Landmark Medical Center-Woonsocket Unit. She was the widow of Joseph E. Doyon.
Born in St. Elisabeth, Quebec, a daughter of the late Alexis and Philomene (Dumas) Coutu, she lived in Woonsocket since 1902.
She leaves three sons, Eugene Doyon of Burrillville, Laurent Doyon of Douglas, Mass., and Normand Doyon of Narragansett; four daughters, Florence Bergeron of North Smithfield, Beatrice Beausoleil, Rita Eliasz, both of Woonsocket, and Theresa Rivard of Mesa, Ariz.; a sister, Flora SanSouci of Woonsocket; 29 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held yesterday from Menard's Funeral Home, 127 Carrington Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at Precious Blood Church, Carrington Avenue. Burial was in Precious Blood Cemetery.
