Born in Souderton‚ she was a daughter of the late Michael R. and Lizzie (Moyer) Clemmer. She had lived at Souderton Mennonite Homes since 1985 and‚ except for one year‚ had lived her whole life in Souderton.
Music was an important love and focus of her life. She was a piano and organ instructor for nearly 70 years‚ a member and sometime director of the church choir‚ church organist and pianist and was often asked to be an accompanist for other occasions.
She was a longtime member of the Souderton Mennonite Church‚ where she was a former Sunday and Vacation Bible school teacher‚ along with assisting her husband‚ who was a former pastor of the congregation. She and her husband served as the pastoral couple for the IW alternate service in Brattleboro‚ VT from 1954 to 1955.
She was a former volunteer at Souderton Mennonite Homes and relaxed by reading‚ knitting and growing flowers.
Survivors included two sons‚ John C. Musselman and his wife‚ Elizabeth "Libby"‚ of Souderton‚ Gerald C. Musselman and his wife‚ Julie‚ of Harleysville; six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband‚ she was preceded in death by a stillborn daughter‚ Mary C. Musselman; one sister‚ Lillian Detweiler; and two brothers‚ Willis and Lester Clemmer.
