Mollet Infant

Chillicothe - Victoria Susanne Mollet, 15-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Mollet died at 1 p.m. Monday at Research Hospital in Chicago.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Weber Funeral Home, with the Rev. Richard Raney officiating. Burial will be in City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today.

Born Nov. 25, 1958, at Lincoln, she was the daughter of Leo and Mary Lou Blew Mollet. Survivors are her parents, one sister, one brother and her grandparents.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Mollet, Vickie Sue, year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Mollet, Leroy, formerly Wapella, died at 2 a.m. Monday, Feb. 29 in the Illinois Research Hospital, Chicago; leaves parents; brother, Bobbie; sister, Michelle; services and burial at Chillicothe Wednesday.

Victoria Susanne was the first girl born to Leo Emil and Mary Lou Blew Mollet who resided in Le Roy, McLean, Illinois.

She spent the later part of her short life in Chicago's Research and Educational Hospital fighting the dreaded disease Neuroblastoma, which she eventually succumbed to.

Victoria was a beloved sister to Robert Blew, Michelle, Thomas, Joseph and Timothy Mollet.

(I personally want to thank Clint Dunn for "colorizing" the picture of Vicki. We have never seen a color picture of her. We only have 3 existing photos of her and this one was her baby picture. Clint does amazing work and anyone can contact him to do the same for you. Thank you so much Clint.)
