Muriel Jones Hatch, 69, of Syracuse died Tuesday at James Square Nursing Home. Mrs. Hatch was a native of East Syracuse. She was a graduate of East Syracuse High School and the Good Shepherd Hospital School of Nursing. Her husband, Dr. Merton C., died in 1987. Surviving are a daughter, Ann H. Hadden of Burlington, Vt.; two sons, M. Charles Jr. of Swaziland and William K. of Tully; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in Collamer United Church, 6865 Collamer Road, East Syracuse. Burial will be in Collamer Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association, 360 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, Ill. 60601. DeWitt Memorial Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
