Miss Zettie Black Services Are Held
Services for Miss Zettie Black were held Thursday afternoon at the Church of the Nazarene with Rev. L. C. Schwanz officiating. Miss Black was a native of Aurora.
Mrs. Gerald Samway sang "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms" and "Trust and Obey." She was accompanied by Mrs. L. C. Schwanz, who also played the prelude and recessional.
Pallbearers were Marvin E. Bishop, John E. Bockman, Walter N. Davis, Clement A. Earl, Clarence E. Fest and Floyd B. Giersdorf. Burial was in the Grand Island Cemetery.
Attending from out of town were Mrs. Mary Lute and Mrs. Raymond Worth and Mr. and Mrs. John Bockman of Aurora; Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Lute of Lynwood, Calif.; MR. and Mrs. R. D. Lute of Fremont and Mrs. Joan Quaintance of Hastings.

Miss Black Dies Here
Zettie D. Black, 75, a resident of Aurora, died Friday morning in a Grand Island hospital. She had been hospitalized two weeks.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Church of the Nazarene by Rev. L. C. Schwanz. Burial will be in Grand Island Cemetery.
Miss black was born in Barry County, Mo., and the family later moved to western Oklahoma. They came to Nebraska, locating first at North Bend and late moving to Hall County and Grand Island.
She moved to Aurora in 1944. Miss Black was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Grand Island.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Lucy Lute, of Aurora. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers.
