Dorothy L. Fox, 74, of Griffa Avenue died at 9:45 p.m. Thursday, March 4, 1999, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

She was a former employee of the Indiana Employment Securities Division, a member of Imanuel Baptist Church in Greenwood and had been a member of Acton Order of the Eastern Star more than 50 years.

Graveside service will be conducted at noon Monday at Acton Cemetery with the Rev. James Deveny officiating. There will be no calling.

Memorials may be made to the donor's choice of charities.

Arrangements were made by Myers Funeral Service, Reed and Jewell Chapel.

Mrs. Fox was born in Marion County July 16, 1924, the daughter of Earl Isaac and Mary Ioba Swails Sheaffer. She married Walter S. Fox in December 1947 in Indianapolis. He survives.

Other survivors include a daughter, Edith Correll of Trafalgar; brothers, Robert Sheaffer of Shelbyville and Dr. Charles Isaac Sheaffer of Chapel Hill, N.C.; grandchildren, Michael Baker Jr., Grant Scott Correll and Elizabeth Correll, all of Trafalgar.

Graveside service for Dorothy Louise Fox, 74, of Griffa Avenue was conducted Monday at Acton Cemetery in Acton with the Rev. Gene Rund officiating.

Pallbearers were Mrs. Fox's brothers, Charles and Bob Sheaffer and Todd Correll, and a grandson, Michael Baker Jr.

Mrs. Fox died Thursday, March 4, 1999, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

Arrangements were made by Myers Funeral Service, Reed and Jewell Chapel.
