Dorothy E. Countryman, 59, of Tabernacle died on July 8, at Garden State Hospital, Marlton. She was a lifelong resident of Tabernacle.
She is survived by her husband Jack of Tabernacle: son Steven and daughter Dorothy Michael, both of Tabernacle; sons, Jack of North Carolina, William of Egg Harbor and Gordon of California; daughters Augustine Baker of Pennsylvania, Susan Myers and Mary Bice of New York. She is also survived by a half-brother, Kenneth Piper, and 18 grandchildren.
Services under the direction of the Mathis Funeral Home, Medford, were private, and held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial donations to the Medford Farms Emergency Squad, Route 206 and Hawkins Road, Tabernacle, 08088, may be made in lieu of flowers.
