Audrey Kay Smolenski, 74, of Cheyenne died Jan. 10 in Cheyenne.

Audrey was born Nov. 21, 1936, in Troy, Wis., to Margie and Clyde Mocco.

Audrey retired from Sierra Trading Post, where she worked as a customer service operator.

She loved watching old movies, playing Bingo and traveling. Mom will be greatly missed.

Audrey is survived by her sister, Sue Schmidt of Cudahy, Wis.; son, Patrick (Pattie) Baier of South Amherst, Ohio; three daughters, Kim (Lanny) Ley of Cheyenne, Sherry Wendt of Saint Francis, Wis., and Julie Hansen of Cheyenne; son, David (Vickey) Wills of Cheyenne; eight grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clyde; her mother, Margie; and by her son, Michael Baier.

Our family wishes to thank the Davis Hospice Center and staff for all their help to make our mom comfortable and peaceful.

Any donations are to be made to the Davis Hospice Center of Cheyenne.

Services will be held at a later date in Milwaukee, Wis.
