M. Jane Klier, 87, of Olney, Illinois passed away Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney.

Funeral services at Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney with Rev. Brett Best officiating. Burial in the Haven Hill Memorial Gardens, Olney, IL.

Mrs. Klier was born July 8, 1922 the daughter of Neil and Leah (Jenkins) Stallard. Mrs. Klier was raised by foster parents, Paul and Helen Jenkins. She married Pearl C. Klier on October 25, 1969; he preceded her in death June 7, 1993. Jane was a registered nurse and a retired Director of Nursing at Richland Memorial Hospital. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Olney. She also held memberships in the Clio Club and the Women's Legion Auxiliary. She volunteered her time at the Richland Heritage Museum from 1994-2004. She and her husband enjoyed traveling. They traveled extensively to many parts of the world.

Mrs. Klier is survived by her step-son, Lee (Ronda) Klier of Newton and Bob (Jan) Klier of Newton and special mention to Jim and Cathy Harris of Olney.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Paul Thomas Watts and step-son Ross Klier.
