Obituary.

Died at his home in Wichita, Kansas, Thursday May 20, 1915, Mr. Charles E. Adams.

The deceased had formerly lived in Grenola where he was for several years a barber and was well known by a large number of our citizens. He moved with his family to Wichita some years ago and remained there until his death.

Mr. Adams had not enjoyoed good health for several years and his death was no surprise to his friends and family.

He was the father of nine children, two of these died in early life and the remaining children, six daughters and one son survive the father. Besides his wife and children Mr. Adams leaves a brother, O.P. Adams, of Grenola and a sister in California.

Funeral services were conducted in the Grenola, Kans., Methodist Episcopal church Friday afternoon May 21. Rev. E.C. Coons pastor of the church officiated. The floral offerings were many and beautiful.

Mr. Adams was aged 66 years, 10 months and 26 days. Interment was in the Green Lawn cemetery in Grenola. E.G.C.
