Mrs. Mary McPHERRON WARNOCK, 79, a former resident of Converse, died Wednesday at Kalamazoo, Mich., where she had lived for the past seven years. Mrs. Warnock was born Nov. 29, 1897 to Thomas and Minnie McPHERRON. She was a 1918 graduate of Richland Center high school. She married Armen WARNOCK, who died in 1970. Surviving are two children, Virlin WARNOCK, Newark, N.J., and Mrs. Roberta PYKE, Portage, Mich.; three brothers, Harry [McPHERRON], Argos; Clarence [McPHERRON], Plymouth, and Edwin [McPHERRON], Bloomington, and a sister, Wilma [McPHERRON], Indianapolis. Services will be in Converse Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial will be in the Converse cemetery.
