JERALD GLEASON MARTIN
Jerald Gleason Martin, 58, of 4814 Portland Ave., died today in a local hospital. Born in West Virginia, Mr. Martin moved to Tacoma 22 years ago. He was a stationary engineer for the Washington Natural Gas Co.
He was a World War I veteran, a member of the Baptist Church, and of the Stationary Engineers Union, Local 606.
Survivors inculde his wife Dora; three sons, William R. of Corpus Christi, TX, Paul W. and Jerald G. Jr., both to Tacoma, WA, two daughters, Mrs. Mary Wilson of Corvallis, OR, and Mrs. Naomi Wilson of Newberg, OR; four brothers, Howard, of Maxwell, NM, William of Taos, NM, and John and Marvin of Raton, NM; two sisters, Mrs. Viola Munden of Cauplin, NM,and Mrs. Ellen Davis of Maxwell, NM; and 12 granchildren.
Services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday In Mountain View funeral Home with the Rev. Larry Franks and the Rev. Wayne Piersall officiating. Burial will be in Mountain View Memorial Park.
