She was born on Jan. 29, 1932 in Urbana, Illinois to Elmo Thomas and Cattie Baker Hall. They preceded her in death.
She was also preceded by her husband, James E. Bickers Sr. and five brothers and sisters.
She is survived by sons, Terry (Wilma) Bickers, Randy (Darlene) Bickers and James Bickers Jr, daughter, Becky (Alan) Crozier, eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, brothers, Warren Hall, Jackie Hall, Gene Hall and Tommy Hall and a sister, Deloris Spiegel.
Edith was a Home Healthcare Aide for the Porter County VNA. She loved spending time with people and taking care of them, she never gave up on anyone. Edith also was a member of the Red Hat Society and The Herald of Hope Baptist Church in Urbana, IL, where she grew up and met her husband there.
