MOUNDRIDGE - Nelson N. Durst, 69, died Jan. 12, 2011, at the Memorial Home. He was born May 5, 1941, in Newton to Norman H. and Margaret Johnson Durst.
He was a retired sales representative. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He married Sharon Goering on Nov. 12, 1966, in Moundridge. Survivors include: his wife, Sharon; sons, Reid of Memphis, Tenn., and Ryan, Drue, Deon and Vonn all of Moundridge; brother, Richard of Moundridge; sister, Norma Sand of Geneseo, ILL.; and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral will be 3 p.m. Sunday at the Eden Mennonite Church. Visitation 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday with family present 6 to 8 p.m. at the Moundridge Funeral Home.
Burial in the church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Memorial Home or Eden Mennonite Church, both in care of the funeral home.
