The funeral of Sylvester Jagodzinski, LaSalle, brother of the Rev. A.A. Jagodzinski, pastor of St. Valentines Catholic church, Peru, was held Wednesday at 8:45 a.m. from the Hybki funeral home, LaSalle, to St. Hyacinth's Catholic church, LaSAlle, where a mass was said at 9 o'clock.
The Rev. A.A.Jagodzinski served as celebrant of the mass, the Rev. Paul Runowicz, as deacon, and the Rev. Sylvester Jesiolowski as sub deacon.
Internment was in St. Hyacinth's cemetery. Pallbearers were Edward Stanly, and George Washkowiak, Joseph, Anton and Al Jagodzinski.
Serving as honorary pallbearers were members of the Quarter Century club of which the deceased was a member. They were; Walter Shinski, Fred Gehm, Robert Stein, Frank spayer, and Ladislaus Schalla.
