FRIENDSHIP- John Dewey Abbott Sr., 67, Rt. 1, Arkdale, died about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home following an apparent heart attack.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Roseberry Funeral Home, Friendship, the Rev. Glenn Dunn officiating, with burial in Fordham Cemetery.
Mr. Abbott was born May 2, 1907, at Dixon, Ill.., the son of Mr. and Mrs. John S. Abbott, and married Joyce Udell, July 10, 1944, at Kansas City, Kansas.
Survivors are his wife; two sons, John D. Jr., Rt. 1, Adams; and Frank, Rt. 1, Arkdale; a daughter, Mrs. Barbara Robinson, Elroy; and 13 grandchildren.
