MRS. JOHN ABBOTT
ADAMS- Mrs. John Abbott, 72, died at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday at the Adams County Memorial Hospital. Death was caused by a heart condition.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Roseberry Funeral Home the Rev. Charles Bryan officiating. Burial will be in Fordham Cemetery.

The former Kate Ann Secoy was born in Illinois July 16, 1888. Her marriage to John Abbott took place December 9, 1903.

Surviving are her husband, two children, Mrs. Anthony Mannone, South Beloit and John Dewey Abbott, Adams; two brothers, George Secoy, Gray Lake, Ill. and Ben Secoy of St. Joseph, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Felix Gerard, South Beloit; 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
