Born March 10, 1899 in Axtell, UT to Josias and Mathilda Hansen Jensen , the second of eight children. Married Bert Douglas June 23,
1920 in Manti. He preceded her in death June 29, 1963.
Survived by son, Wells Douglas ; sister, Ruth Jensen , Mayfield; brother, John R. (Carrol) Jensen , Taylorsville; favorite niece, Kathleen (Maynard) Stenberg, Mayfield; many other nieces, and nephews. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Joseph, Eldon Miles; and sisters, Eva Ireland, Nellie Sorenson.
The family expresses heartfelt thanks to Molly and the aides and nurses of Applegate Home Health for their compassionate care and help during her final year-long struggle with Parkinson's Disease and strokes. Special thanks to Robin Thomas, long-time respite lady; to Harmony Hospice nurses, Sharon, Ann, DeLayne; and to aides, Shannon, Lisa; and Hospice Chaplain Buckley.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, 11 a.m., at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 W. 4100 S. Friends may call Tuesday, 5-7 p.m., and Wednesday, 9:30-10:30 a.m., at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 S. Redwood Road.
