Ralph L. Adams Farmer, 72
Ralph L. Adams, of Equinunk, Pa. died Monday, October 23, 2006 in the Wayne Memorial Hospital in Honesdale, Pa. He was 72 years of age.
He was born in Stalker, Pa. to the late Robert and Alice Rauner Adams.
He operated the family dairy farm in Braman for many years and owned and operated several school buses. He also owned a tire business and served as the Manchester Township Supervisor for six years. He was a lifelong member of the Braman United Methodist Church and an active volunteer with the Manchester Community Center and the Manchester Library.
Survivors include three sons, Alton Adams, and Roy Adams and his wife, Amy, all of Equinunk, Pa., and Michael Adams and his wife, Manvela, of Wachterbbach, Germany; four daughters, Heather Roloson and her husband, Berton, of Equinunk, Debbie Peters and her husband, Kurt, of Livingston Manor, Laurie Adams of Lake Ariel, Pa., and Linda Kraft and her husband, Allen, of Damascus, Pa.; three brothers, William Adams of Tyler Hill, Pa., Robert Adams of Equinunk, Pa., and Gary Adams of East Stroudsburg, Pa.; 31 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his wife, Helyne Heather Adams in 2004; a sister, Donna Adams; a granddaughter, Ashley Adams; and a grandson, Matthew Roloson.
Funeral services will be private.
Burial will be made in the Braman Cemetery in Equinunk, Pa.
