He married Anne Kain of Michigan with whom he had 7 children; Thomas T. born 1903, John I. Jr. born 1905, Mary born 1907, Anna Frances born 1909, Imogene born 1910, Sarah born 1912 and Jane born 1921. After Mrs. Bryne's death in 1931 he married Rose Anna Meyer from Conception, MO with whom he had 1 child Joan born 1934.
