Ted Doramus, 48, of Caldwell, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2009.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 10:30 a.m. at Dry Creek Cemetery, Boise, under the direction of Dakan Funeral Chapel, Caldwell.
Ted was born at Boise, on Aug. 15, 1961, to Elmer and Iola Doramus. He graduated from Meridian High School before graduating with a B.A. from Boise State University in 1984.
Ted was a football coach for many years throughout the Treasure Valley including Boise State University, Borah High, Capital High, Caldwell High and Vallivue High as well as in New Mexico at the colligate level and in Nevada and Arizona at the high school level. He was also a teacher and Real Estate agent. Ted was a devoted husband, father, and brother who will be deeply missed.
Ted is survived by his wife, Melissa Doramus and their three children, Cameron, Alexia and Brooke, all of Caldwell; and his brothers and sisters, Julie Doramus of Nampa, Ellen Overlin of North Pole, Alaska, Carolyn Shippy of Marsing, Randy Doramus of Nampa, and Allen Doramus of Middleton.
