A lifelong resident of the county, she was born in the Pleasant View Community, daughter of Nelson L. Montgomery and Frances Elizabeth Turner Montgomery.
She had lived in Noble for many years and had for the past few years been a resident of Olney. She was a devoted member of the Olney Church of Christ.
She leaves six children: Robert Hedrick of Findlay, Ohio, William Hedrick of Odessa, Texas, Mrs. Beulah Wright of Elmhurst, Mrs. Bess Aherne of Mesa, Arizona, Mrs. Bertha Holmes of Santa Barbara, Cal., and Mrs. Bernita Baldwin of LaCanada, Cal. She also leaves ll grandchildren, 13 great- grandchildren, a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Billie Marks Hedrick of Monterey Park, Cal., a brother, William Montgomery of Olney and a sister, Mrs. Viola Hull of Urbana.
A son, Frank Hedrick has preceded her in death.
Funeral services were held this afternoon in the Memorial Chapel of the Summers - Rainey Funeral Home with Bro. Lyle Berry officiating. Interment was in the Oak Hill cemetery at Parkersburg.
