Longtime resident Eleanor Lois Price, 85, passed away with her family by her side April 7, 2010. She was born January 9, 1925 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Preston Grey and Ada Pearl Millard Ferguson.

She married Henry Clyde Price on February 23, 1946. Together they raised three children.

Lois was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she served in many axillaries through the years. Clyde and Lois served three years together on the Navajo Reservation both in Cameron and Leupp, as well as two years on a Temple Mission at the Mesa Arizona Temple.

Lois enjoying her green house and her garden. She was a giving person always helping those who may need assistance. She volunteered often at the soup kitchen.

She is survived by her children and their families; Anna Louise Hunsaker (Richard) of Henderson, NV, Perry Grey Price (Rechelle) of St. Johns, AZ and Daniel Clyde Price (Ruth) of St. Johns; 16 grandchildren, and 43 great grandchildren. Clyde preceded Lois in death in 1998.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 10 am at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Lake Mary Building, 4165 Lake Mary Road.

A visitation will be Friday evening from 6 to 8pm at the Norvel Owens Mortuary, 914 E. Route 66 and from 9 to 9:45 Saturday at the church.

If desired, in memory of Lois, giving of your time or donations may be made to the Soup Kitchen.
