Albert A. Dacierno, 70, of Kittanning, formerly of Sharpsburg, died Monday, Jan. 17, 2011 at UPMC, Oakland. He was the loving husband of Patricia "Trish" (Levonick); beloved father of Nicole Dacierno, Jeffrey Pugliese, Louis Pugliese, Sharon Pugliese, David Dacierno, Dan Dacierno and the late Dean Dacierno; loving grandfather of Cori, Katie, Rachel, Michael and Matthew; and brother of the late Ralph and Angeline Dacierno. Mr. Dacierno was former chief of police for the borough of Sharpsburg. Friends received from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday at WORRELL FUNERAL HOME INC., corner of Main and Ninth Streets, Sharpsburg. Services and interment will be private.
