Sarah died prior to 1800. That year, 1800, Robert married Jemima Allingham. After her death, he married Elizabeth Bakin on 24 December, 1821.
Robert Wallace and family ran a stage coach line and a meal stop was made at the Wallace place about halfway between Bowling Green and Glasgow, KY. Robert is buried on the South end of Pilot Knob, on land that he owned.
