Judy Ables

Judy Ann Ables, 69, of Madisonville, died Monday, Jan. 17, 2011, at Sweetwater Hospital.

She was preceded in death by one son, Micky Ables; her parents, Carl and Ruth Puett; and one brother, Jackie Puett.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Trish Ables of Madisonville; two granddaughters, Brooklyn Ables of Alabama, and Tressa Bailey of Madisonville; two great-granddaughters, Carrie Hull and Sarah Ballentine, both of Madisonville; three sisters, Jean Yarbrough and Linda Ghorley, both of Athens, and Janice Holmes Cox of Englewood; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Biereley-Hale Funeral Home with the Rev. Dewey Feezell officiating.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorial contributions to be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.

Biereley-Hale Funeral Home of Madisonville is in charge of arrangements.
