George H.Fielder was born in Madison,Lenawee Co.,MI,July 19th,1878. He was the son of Wm.and Emma Fielder. When a small child they moved to Manchester, Washtenaw Co.,MI. He lived there until his death Feb.10,1927 at the home of his brother Leroy.
Never very rugged, his health has been poor for some time and T.B. claimed him.
The number of friends who attended his funeral testified to the respect in which he was held. He leaves a mother, five sisters, and five brothers. One brother Frank who lives in California was the only one absent from the services held. Burial was at Reynolds Corners Cemetery Saturday Feb.19. Rev.Peter Schuerer of Manchester officiated.
