She was the daughter of Daniel Glover Beers and Harriet Eliza Starr. Her siblings were: Eli Francis, Ellen Sophronia and Henry Starr. Hattie married Dr. William Sherman Randall on September 7, 1887 in the Old Saints Episcopal Church in New Milford, CT. They were married for 62 years! They had 2 children: Helen Starr Randall Williams and Harold Beers Randall. My mother remembers Hattie as "a contented, sweet, pleasant and happy person". Hattie went blind due to failed cataract surgery prior to 1940.
