In December 1912 he married Emma Tamsen Crouse in Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. Frank and Emma had become estranged prior to his death and Emma had been living with their children in Baltimore, Maryland.
He is survived by his estranged wife and the following children; Winifred Pearl (Buzzerd) Hottle, Baltimore, MD; Ethel Virginia (Buzzerd) Adams, Hanover, PA; George William Buzzerd, Baltimore, MD; Julia Marie Buzzerd Brooks, Essex, MD; Blanche E. Buzzerd, Lola Belle Buzzerd, Geneva Buzzerd, Frances Robertine Buzzerd, all of Baltimore, MD.
