Chad Dalen Sorenson, 22, Bemidji, died Friday evening at North Country Hospital of injuries received in a snowmobile accident. Funeral services were at Calvary Lutheran Church. Interment was in Northern Cemetery.
Mr. Sorenson was born Oct. 28, 1961, at Bemidji to Dale and Marilyn Sorenson. He grew up in Northern Township, attended Northern Elementary School and graduated from Bemidji High School in 1980. He had been employed by Northwood Panel Board Company since 1981 as an equipment operator.
Survivors include his parents of Bemidji; a brother, Ryan at home; a sister, Jayne at home; paternal grandparents, Axel and Tomine Sorenson, Bemidji; maternal grandparents, Clarence and Bernice Peterson, Bemidji; two uncles; five aunts; and numerous cousins.
