Ada M. Hall Caldwell
Mrs. Caldwell, 85, of Cornelius, departed this life on Sunday, June 5, 2005 at Carolinas Medical Center, Mercy Hospital. Mrs. Caldwell was born in Rock Hill, SC to the late John Hall and Laura Nash Hall on February 20, 1920.
She was married to the late Albert Caldwell. She was a member of Torrence Chapel AME Zion, were she was a member of the Usher Board, Church Choir and a Girl Scout Leader.
She is survived by four children, Mr. Leon Hall (Tinnie) of Kannapolis, NC, Mr. Albert Hall of the home, Mrs. Gloria Sims (Thomas) of Florence, SC, and Ms. Carol Caldwell Hill of Charlotte, NC; one brother, Mr. Ira Hall (Fannie) of Davidson, NC; eight grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Hall will be held on Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at 3:00 pm at Torrence Chapel AME Zion, with Rev. S. Franklin Russell II officiating. Family visitation will be one hour prior to funeral service.
