Services for Chester A. Ashcraft, 91, 651 N. Main St. N. E., Hanover, will be at 11 am Friday in the Frazeysburg Chapel of Baughman, Vensil, and Orr Funeral Home with the Reverends John Dudgeon and Robert Kidwell officiating. Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery near Reform. Mr. Ashcraft died July 27, 1993 in his home. He was born April 24, 1902 in Coshocton County to the late E. Grant and Clara (Ramsey) Ashcraft. He was a former employee of the Hanover Farmers Exchange and retired from the T.S. Croft Janitorial Company. He also was a member of Rocky Fork Church of Christ. His wife Margaret (Gearhart) Ashcraft died Oct. 19, 1984; he is survived by a son and three daughters; a brother Carl Ashcraft of Marne; two sisters Hallie McArtor and Audrey Wright both of Reform; 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Three brothers and one sister are deceased.
