Died 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 1987, at her residence in Baton Rouge. She was 76, and a native of Ash Flat, Ark. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East, 11000 Florida Blvd., 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and after 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Religious services at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, conducted by Clinton W. Palmer, of Christian Church of Baton Rouge. Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by a daughter, Mrs. Joseph V. (JoAnn) Strother, Baton Rouge; two sisters, Gladys Orr, Neosho, Mo.,and Bessie Martin, Ash Flat; and two grandchildren, Jay Strother, DVM, Memphis, Tenn., and Madeline Strother, Baton Rouge. Preceded in death by husband, Theo A. Daily.
