BOONEVILLE ‑ Elsie E. Clark Gann, 86, died Tuesday, August 24, 1999, at the Briarcrest Extended Care Home in Ashland after a long illness. She was a retired employee of Prentiss Manufacturing Co. in Booneville and a member of Grace United Methodist Church. She was the wife of the late Ellis Gann, and the daughter of the late William and Sallie Wroten Clark.
Services will be al 2 p.m. Thursday at McMillan Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. C. D. Edge officiating. Burial will be in Summers Chapel Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Joyce Walthers, and her husband, Jim, of Booneville; two sons, Quindon Gann and his wife, Delene, of Marietta, and Jerry Gann and his wife, Shirley , of Booneville; one sister, Autra Barnes of Booneville; five grandchildren; one step grandchild; eight great‑grandchildren; two step-great‑grandchildren; one great‑great-granddaughter. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today and until service time Thursday
