William Joseph Age 75 of Mt. Juliet, TN passed away January 21, 2011. A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 24, 2011 at the Hermitage Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to the service. Mr. Davis was a Deacon at 1st Baptist Church of Nashville, Windsor Forest Baptist Church in Savannah, GA, Morningview Baptist Church in Montgomery, AL, and an active in leadership in Traffic and Transportation Club. He is preceded in death by his father, Willie Howard Davis; brother, Jimmy Davis and sister, Jean Beecher. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Coleman Davis; daughters, Cathy (Kim) Otto, Connie (Tony) Choate, Lucy (Trent) Smith; granddaughters, Becky Carroll, Rachel Carroll, Kayla (Casey) Dykes, Leslie Smith; grandsons, William Carroll, Billy Otto, Nathan Smith, Corey Choate and Chad Choate; great-grandchildren, Bailey Huff and Abby Huff; mother, Mamie Collins; brother, Leslie Davis.
