Leo Jackson Wilson was born to Jesse Duff Wilson and Serepta Almina Wheelock Wilson. They had 5 children and Leo was the youngest boy; Oskar, Jennie, Mack, and Hattie. He was born in Pleasant Valley, Jo Davies, IL. They moved to Cass county IA where he met and married Minnie Harris when he was 22 and she was 15. They had 2 children, Albert 1896-1942 and Madge Marie 1899-1972. They were then divorced. Minnie remarried but in 1905 Leo was living in Soux City with his mother and sister. I think he died pretty soon after that because he wasn't on the 1910 census or WWI draft Reg. He is on the WPA Iowa cemetery records but the record is incomplete so I am hoping some great volunteer will go out to the cemetery and find his grave, photo it and document his death for posterity. He is the husband of my great grand aunt. ~~~Jane Councilman Weaver~~~ Jan 2011
