ALAMO, May 4.— Mrs. Emma Deal Wolfe passed away Friday morning at 5 o'clock, after a lingering illness from paralysis and cancer. Emma Del[sic] Wolfe was born in New York 77 years ago last September. At an early age she came to Michigan. She was married before' the Civil war to George Wolfe, a. veteran of that struggle. To this union one daughter was born, who died in infancy.
The most of Mrs. Wolfe's life had been spent in Alamo and adjacent townships. Mr. Wolfe preceded her a few weeks, having passed away March 26. The funeral will be held from her late home at 2 o'clock Sunday, conducted by Rev. Banister. Burial will be in charge of Mr. Murray of Otsego.
