He was born on April 11, 1959, at Pennsylvania, a son of Olen and Lillian (McDorman) Baugher.
He was a self-employed mechanic, a member of Greenmont Mennonite Church, Middlebrook Ruritan Club, National Federation of Independent Businessmen and an official member with Federated Auto Parts.
In addition to his mother, surviving are his widow, Naomi J. Grove; three sons, Jamie E. E. Baugher of New Jersey and Kru M. M. Baugher and Eli Michael, both at home; seven brothers, Olen R. of Harrisonburg, Alfred L. of Glenmoore, Pa., Richard C. of Roanoke, Ronald J. of Malvern, Pa., Jerry R. of West Chester, Pa., Timothy W. of Eagle, Pa., and Dennis C. Baugher of Wallingford, Pa.; and four sisters, Dolly L. Hatton of Malvern, Nada C. Simpson of Greenville, Kerry F. Bailey of Honey Brook, Pa.,, and Lillian F. Bailey of Narvon, Pa.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. on Friday at the Waynesboro chapel of Reynolds Funeral Service by the Rev. Evan Brenneman.
The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home, with burial at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Mt. Clinton Mennonite Church Cemetery. Friends and family are invited to meet at the cemetery.
